All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days if standard shipping is selected (USPS First Class). Once the package is on the truck, there is a 3-6 business day estimated arrival time. However, these orders do NOT have a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping may exceed 6 days as USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

No worries! You can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express for an additional fee. We also offer Local Pick Up for those located in Northwest Arkansas.
*NOTE: All express orders placed on Friday after 2PM (CT), Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
USPS Priority Mail: We always recommend upgrading to priority, as this is our preferred shipping method. Priority mail orders are processed within 1 business day. Once you receive our processing email, expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express: This is our fastest and most efficient shipping method. Your order will be processed in 1 business day. However, if you place an express order before 2 PM (noon) CT Monday - Friday, we will process and ship the order that same day. Once you receive our processing email, your package will arrive in 1-2 business days.

Need your order sooner?? If you live in Northwest Arkansas you can select this option at checkout. After your purchase you will receive a text regarding your order. You can also leave a note on the order with any specifications. We see lots of our customers at conferences, so if you're not local but are wanting an item for conference...we can deliver to save the ship time!!
*If you selected NWA Local Pick Up and completed your order, but later decide you would like to have your order shipped, you will be charged a $8 shipping fee.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, once your order ships out, you will receive another email with a USPS tracking number. You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the hyperlink in your email or by tracking your number at usps.com.
Returns / Exchanges
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. We can send you a prepaid shipping label, but that cost will reflect on your store credit. Once item(s) is/are received, your store credit will be processed within 1-2 business days.
We strive to find the best quality products and we want you to be thrilled about them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return unworn/unwashed items for store credit within 7 days of receiving it. Click HERE for full details:)

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please let us know within 5 days. Items cannot be washed or worn when claimed as damaged. After 5 days, Hazlee can no longer be responsible. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your last name, first name, order number, and photo of the damaged item. Once the damage is processed, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to send it back. When the item is received we will immediately ship your new item back out.
We do our best to make sure every item is described in the most accurate manner. Due to the variety of brands we carry we do not offer a size chart, but we do post measurements of each item in the description + the model stats. Click HERE to see how we measure!
USPS provides insurance up to $100 on Priority Mail packages. We recommend upgrading to $8 Priority shipping at check out. Hazlee is not liable for USPS First Class Mail packages that are lost or stolen. If the claim is denied, Hazlee will not be responsible for a refund or replacement.
